WHOLE HOG is a trailer dealership software company located in Tyler, TX that helps dealerships manage their inventory, leads, and sales.
We are a small team who are passionate about helping dealerships grow and succeed.
Who we're looking for
We're hiring friendly callers to reach out to trailer dealerships, keep things casual, and invite them to hop on a demo of our dealership and leads management Software. Review the training materials below, then record yourself reading the call script in a warm, natural tone.
The goal of each call is to find out if they are interested in learning more about our software and if they would like to schedule a demo.
If they are not open to a full demo, we can send them a quick 2 minute video overview of our software and would just need a good email or cell to send that to. After viewing the video, we'll send them some bacon as a thank you :)
Compensation
This position is performance-based and includes:
- $15 per hour base pay
- $1 per quick demo* sent
- $8 per quick demo* completed
- $30 per full demo booked
Most successful callers earn between $18-30+ per hour, with top performers earning more.
* What's a quick demo? It's a 2 minute video overview of our software that we send to the dealer followed by 3 questions.

We're looking for genuine conversations, not high-pressure sales tactics. * If they're not interested in a demo, we can send a quick 2 minute video for them to see who we are and as a thank you for checking us out we'll send them some bacon!
Dealer response
Now imagine you're speaking with a trailer dealer and they say: "We're already using another system and we're happy with it." How would you respond? We're not looking for a perfect sales pitch. We'd like to hear how you naturally handle the conversation and whether you can keep it friendly and engaging. Your goal is simply to get the dealer interested in watching our 2 minute overview video.
